Crafted from the indigenous verdejo varietal, it is highly aromatic, dry and delicate, with both floral notes and herbal fennel. Crisp acidity, well-balanced, with distinctive bitter note on finish. It is a terrific accompaniment to steamed shellfish or lobster canapes. Excellent value, a crowd-pleaser year after year.
