I'm starting to think about special recipes to make for #Valentine's Day. This one with succulent lobster, avocado and spicy mayo, from /www.winespectator.com, caught my eye. This dish could be a mouth-watering starter plate, or a wonderful lunch on its own. A crisp, citrusy #GrunerVeltliner would suit the rich seafood perfectly. Loimer Gruner Veltliner, $22.95, is a great choice. Of course, an ultra-dry #ChampagneBrut would definitely work, too. Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial is always a hit! $65.00. Add some luscious chocolate mousse for dessert and voila, you're ready to celebrate!
