It was a very long winter here in windy Ottawa, and spring has been, well, fickle to say the least. Since we can't sit on the patio this weekend...too cold...again...kick up your supper plans with this decadent ice cream dessert. The ingredients are super-easy: ice cream, espresso, coffee liqueur, a little cocoa and whipped or heavy cream. We have all summer to exercise, right?
