Actually, I love Rosé any time of year. Why? Because it's a mouthwatering wine and it pairs well with a wide variety of foods. Here in Ontario the LCBO just put out their Rosé section, so right now the choices are excellent. I just discovered this easygoing fruit-forward Adobe Organic Reserva Rosé 2020. It has that crisp food-friendly acidity that makes it so versatile and finishes with the taste of wild strawberries. Great value, too! Enjoy with your favourite appetizers or spicy sausages. 89pts.
